curieux catalogue, 2025
From a publication to an online research platform.
About
curieux catalogue is a research station dedicated to the collection of printed matter, selected for its cultural, graphic, sentimental or iconographic value.
Conceived as an active research tool, the project approaches books and printed objects as working materials: iconographic sources, visual signs, and cultural traces that can inform research processes and (graphic) design practices.
“Having collected books and iconographic material for more than five years, I figured it was time to send these images back into the world and turn this catalogue into a tangible object.”
Rencontres d’Arles, 2026
Limited edition items created to accompany the book for the book awards in Arles, France.
“curieux catalogue aims to support institutions, collectives, and individuals, providing targeted resources and curatorial expertise for research-driven, editorial, or exhibition-based projects.”
Luma Arles, 2026
Curation for the 2026 edition of the Offprint book fair.
45+ books published between 1925 and 2017, divided in five sections: astronomy, UFOs, Provence, science-fiction and visual arts.
“Alongside the publication and physical objects, it was essential to me that curieux catalogue exist online as a practical tool for research.”
